You have arrived at a website operated by Big Machine LabelGroup, LLC d/b/a Blue Highway Records or one of our affiliates (“BHR,” “we”,“our” or “us”). We are a record label encompassing Blue Highway Records andpublishing company Big Machine Music.
This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes the types ofPersonal Information that we may collect, how we may use it, how and when maywe share it, and the rights you may have with respect to Personal Informationabout you. It also explains how we may communicate with you and how you canmake inquiries and requests to us. Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you mustprovide us with Personal Information, and what happens if you do not do so. Insome cases, if you do not provide Personal Information, you may not be able tobenefit from some of our Services.

Information That You Provide to Us
We may collect the following Personal Information as youinteract with our Services, such as when you contact us, or complete an onlineform, and through telephone calls, text messages, letters, emails, and/orthrough other communications.
On Our Sites
Contact information such as your first and last name, emailaddress, address and/or location (country, state, city, zip code, etc.), and/ortelephone number(s).
Information to sign up for a contest, sweepstakes, or otherpromotion such as your contact information, date of birth, and preferred size(for example, for a t-shirt);
Credentials, such as a username and password, if needed toestablish or access an account.
Your image, likeness, and/or voice in photos and/or videorecordings that you submit to us.
If you apply for a position, job application informationsuch as your first and last name, email address, physical address, telephonenumbers, your current or past employment or educational information, relevantlicenses or certifications, and other information that could reasonably be usedto identify you personally.
In Person
Contact information such as your first and last name, emailaddress, physical address, telephone and/or number(s).
Information to confirm your identity, such as a photo ID.
Your image, likeness, and/or voice in photos and/or videorecordings.
Your image and movement throughout certain public areas ofour offices, as captured by our CCTV system.
Information That Is Automatically Collected
Like many businesses, we and our service providersautomatically collect and/or store certain information when you visit orinteract with the Sites (“Usage Information”). This Usage Information may bestored and/or accessed from the computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, orother device (a “Device”) whenever you visit or interact with our Sites. We maycollect the following Usage Information:
IP address, IDFA, Android/Google Advertising ID, IMEI, oranother unique identifier;
Device functionality (including browser, browser language,settings and behavior, mobile network information);
Referring and exit web pages and URLs;
The areas within the Sites that you visit and youractivities there, including remembering you and your preferences;
Device location or other location information, including thezip code, state, and/or country from which you accessed the Services;
Device characteristics (such as device type (computer vs.mobile) and ID, operating system, hardware);
Certain other data, including the time of day you visit ourSites or other information used to provide analytics or other usageinformation;
Information about your engagement with our emails; and
Statistical information about how both unregistered andregistered users, collectively, use the Sites. This aggregate information isderived from Personal Information but cannot be tied back to any individual orDevice.
For location information, some of our Services may includefeatures based on location and may report on your or a Device’s currentlocation (“Location-Based Services”). If you use Location-Based Services, wemay collect and store information about your (or the Device’s) location at thetime you use those Location-Based Services (in addition to some automaticallycollected geolocation data). This information comes from a variety of sourcesdepending on the Device you use to access the Services; for example, a mobilephone may report its GPS location at the time Location-Based Services are used.
If you do not wish for us or our service providers tocollect and use location information, you may disable the location features onyour Device. Consult your Device settings for instructions. Please note that ifyou disable such features, your ability to access certain features of ourServices, such as specific content, promotions, and/or products may be limitedor disabled.
Cookies
We may use cookies (small text files sent by Devices whenyou visit our Sites) and other tracking technologies to personalize theexperience, analyze user trends, and improve the Services. Sensitive Information
We do not knowingly collect Sensitive Information (as thatterm is defined under applicable law).

that we stop processing certain Personal Information, suchas for the sale of Personal Information, processing of Personal Information fortargeted advertising, processing of sensitive Personal Information, orprocessing of Personal Information for profiling;
that we restrict the processing of certain PersonalInformation; and
data portability (the right to get a copy of PersonalInformation we have collected from you, in a structured, machine-readable, andcommonly used format).
In addition, you also have the right to withdraw consent atany time with respect to any ways that BHR processes Personal Information aboutyou based on your consent.

We may not discriminate against you because you haveexercised any of these rights, including by:

If you are requesting specificpieces of Personal Information that we have collected about you, you will alsobe required to email us at bhrprivacy@hybecorp.com a signed declaration underpenalty of perjury that you are a resident of the place where you claim toreside and that you are the consumer whose Personal Information is the subjectof the request. Note that we will not process your request to disclose specificpieces of Personal Information we have about you until we receive this signeddeclaration, and your request will not be considered timely submitted until wehave this document in our possession.
We may limit our response to your request as permitted bylaw. We will confirm receipt of the request and/or respond to your requestwithin the timeframes specified in applicable law based on where you live, orlet you know if we need additional time.

Our Sites may contain links to other websites such as socialmedia platforms, and event and partner websites (for example, to purchase eventtickets, indicate your interest in a concert, and/or purchase merchandise).Those other websites are not covered by this Privacy Notice. 9. Retention of Personal Information
BHR will retain Personal Information for as long as isnecessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice and to comply withour legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain PersonalInformation to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce ourlegal agreements and policies.
We have implemented measures designed to ensure that we willnot retain Personal Information longer than necessary to fulfil the purposesdescribed in this Privacy Notice.
In some circumstances we may choose to de-identify,pseudonymize, and/or anonymize Personal Information (so that it can no longerbe directly associated with any individual), in accordance with applicable law.We may do this, for example, to conduct research or statistical purposes, inwhich case we may retain this information indefinitely.
When deciding how long to keep Personal Information, weconsider:
how long we have had a relationship with you or provided ourServices to you;
whether we are subject to any legal obligations (e.g., anylaws that require us to keep transaction records for a certain period of timebefore we can delete them, for example based on applicable statutes oflimitation); and
whether we have taken any legal positions (e.g., inconnection with any anticipated or ongoing litigation or governmental action,etc.).
10. Security
We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical, andadministrative measures to protect Personal Information. For example, we useencryption on our Site pages that include webforms through which you submitPersonal Information to us, and all Personal Information you provide to us isstored on our or our storage providers’ secure servers.
Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can beguaranteed to be 100% secure. We rely on the following legal bases for processing PersonalInformation:

to manage and fulfill orders, facilitate delivery, and toprovide Services;

to handle your inquiries and requests; and
when you apply for employment (including internships)through our Site, we will process the information you submit, including yourcontact details and data about your employment history and education, toevaluate your job application, conduct job interviews, and as otherwise neededfor recruitment.
